Our neighborhood is located in the Old Irving Park area of Northern Greensboro, NC. Home to 174 condominium homes. The building of our private neighborhood began in 1973. This friendly neighborhood is a great place to live. Neighbors get to know each other better at our pool and clubhouse and at our annual socials.

We are located off Elm St between Cone Blvd and Cornwallis Dr. We are close to shopping at State Street and Golden Gate Center (1/2 mile) and have quick easy access to downtown Greensboro (2 miles) and Cone Hospital (1 mile).
